The Open Social Ladder is self organising, it's up to players to call each other and organise games. The goal of the Ladder is not to determine a "winner" (see Competitive Matches if that's what you're looking for) but indication of a players level relative to the others. This should help in finding people who are at a similar level. Players self rank themselves.
